I just dont understand how to introduce it and how i start the essay

Hi Ahmar,
The best way to approach that is to read the question:
“Explore the view that texting, speaking and/or web-based interactions can be very creative forms of language use.”
And then come up with an answer that you’re happy with. (I believe you do think that people’s inventive use of text language and spoken language is creative, so you would want to start by telling the reader that you agree with the view – and then your introduction should outline the WAYS you think it is creative.)
What thoughts do you have there?
Texting has a lot of creative ways of including elements that are normally found in speech as well as ways of keeping things brief
What speech effects do you know about that we have transferred to text messaging?
